We have attached a PowerPoint presentation with everything you need to do this including some pointers in the notes section.
Here are the things you need to do over the next 4 weeks:
- Run an Appreciative Enquiry within the next few weeks. You can find the instructions here >>
- Start collecting daily baseline data using Good Day Measure. Daily until 8th October 2019, weekly thereafter. You can change the time of the reminder by following these steps >>
- Encourage your team to complete the Pulse Survey. This will be pushed out through the ImproveWell app by the QI Team on 23rd September and will close on 8th October 2019. Thereafter you can decide which questions to use and how often.
- Register your project on Life QI then get the help of your QI Coach to create an Aim and Driver Diagram from what you learn from the above activities.
- Test at least one change idea by 8th Hint – Focus on quick wins that come from the above activities.
- Select up to 3 people from your team to come to the next learning set on 10th October 2019

Here are the things you need to do over the next 4 weeks:
- Ensure your team have collected daily data using the Good Day Measure for baseline measurement, move to weekly once baseline collection completed
- Ensure Pulse Survey has been completed by your team, this will be pushed out for teams that have not yet completed via the ImproveWell app by the QI Team on 14th October and will close on 28st October. Thereafter you can decide which questions to use more often
- Create an aim and driver diagram for your project based on the results of your Appreciative Enquiry and pulse survey
- Create a Kanban board or similar so that your teams can see what you plan to test, what you are testing & data
- Plan to test at least 2 change ideas between now and the next learning set
- Speak to you team manager and sponsors to check they are attending the next learning set on Thursday 7th November 9:00-10:30am

Here are the things you need to do over the next 4 weeks:
- Make sure you are collecting and recording your measures on LifeQI
- Move to weekly collection of the good day measure
- Consider using questions from the pulse survey alongside your Good Day Measure as part of you measurement system
- Create an aim and driver diagram for your project based on the results of your Appreciative Enquiry and pulse survey
- Create a Kanban board or similar so that your teams can see what you plan to test, what you are testing & data
- Plan to test at least 2 change ideas between now and the next learning set, make sure these are recorded on LifeQI
- Bring your laptops to the next learning set, Wednesday 4th December, 14:00-16:00
