In this collection we have included several resources to help you think about the best way to involve service users and carers in your project, and how to ensure they are well supported along the way.
It is essential that Service Users and Carers are involved in QI, because they are receiving the services that we offer.
Staff can learn from their experience, understand what really matters and what would make a positive difference in the services we provide.
Service users, carers and QI project leads can think about involvement in terms of Big I and Little i, you can learn more about that here.
