Launch of Bedfordshire Community Health Service QI

Bedfordshire Community Health Service launched their QI work with their first QI Forum on September 13th.

The Forum was attended by Directorate leads, QI Sponsors, Coaches and project leads and began by discussing how they can support QI in the directorate. Liz Dawson, Clinical Director, said there was “a lot of enthusiasm and ideas on how QI could be supported; through shared learning and work across the trust and at the Improvement Leaders’ Programme“. The Forum will now meet monthly and are excited about starting their QI journey at Bedfordshire CHS.

The Directorate currently has an Enjoying Work project at ILP as well as several general projects on the quality issues that the team have identified.  ILP Wave 9 takes place on October 9th and 10th.
