Improvement Leaders’ Programme – Wave 15

Wave 15 of ELFT’s Improvement Leaders’ Programme is a year long programme that starts with participants forming teams, choosing their most urgent issue to tackle, and starting to design their projects. The in person workshop days support participants to learn and apply the QI method and tools to solving this issue by April 2026. Teams will be supported to understand their problem, develop a theory, test changes to make improvements, use data to measure impact over time, and implement changes into business as usual. The course also introduces many other concepts and tools that teams can use throughout the project’s life cycle.

Programme Design

Within 3 to 4 months of beginning the programme you will have formed the team, identified an issue to work on, and started to design your project with support from Improvement Advisors. You must be available to join all five in person workshops from November 2025 to April 2026. Our workshop dates will be:

  • Workshop Day 1: Thursday 4 November 2025 – Venue 360, 20 Gipsy Lane, Luton, LU1 3JH
  • Workshop Day 2: Wednesday 3 December 2025 – Venue 360, 20 Gipsy Lane, Luton, LU1 3JH
