Pocket QI – Introduction to QI

A one-day introduction to QI, which will give you the basics of our method and tools so that you can get involved straight away in improving your service. The course includes plenty of exercises and games to help you learn and apply the essentials of quality improvement.

Pocket QI is officially accredited by the CPD Standards Office, allowing you to earn six certified CPD hours when you complete the workshop.
