In these difficult times, the Enjoying Work community continues to support our staff by creating psychologically safe spaces to focus on staff well-being. In the November learning session, 9 colleagues from 5 teams came together to analyse their baseline data, share their recent experiences, and set realistic project aims.
Developing Aims and Change Ideas
Teams decided whether to improve on one of the wellbeing measures, e.g: To reduce staff burnout from 3.8/5 to 2.1/5 in 6 months in the GP Support Unit.
… or on all wellbeing measures, e.g: We, the Coborn Staff Wellbeing QI Team, aim to improve the average weekly wellbeing score from 4/10 to 8/10 by March 2022.
