ELFT Quality workshop for external partners

In January we were pleased to host an External Partners Quality Improvement workshop. Healthcare organisations from across the UK including the Health Foundation, Leeds Institute for Quality Healthcare, Salford Royal and Camden CCG joined the Trust to share their improvement strategies.
Congratulations to all graduates of the Wave 1 QI training.

The Wave 1 graduation day in December was a perfect opportunity for everyone to share the learning from their QI projects and graduate with our bespoke IHI ‘Improvement Science in Action‘ qualification.
Annual QI Conference 2015

We want to extend an early invitation to you to attend our first Quality Improvement annual conference taking place in March. We launched our Quality Improvement Programme in February 2014 and this one-year follow-up will present our work over the first year and our plans going forwards.
